To keep your earrings in their best condition please keep them away from perfume, oils, and water, and gently wipe the hooks after each use! Please do not clean them with any chemicals as this may affect the acrylic or any painted details. Our standard hooks are hypoallergenic silver or gold plated nickel-free brass, and are great for those with sensitive ears. However, if you are allergic to silver or gold we have a couple of different options. If you still like metal hooks, we suggest our stainless steel hook options, and for our most sensitive ears, we suggest our clear plastic hooks.

Have stretched/gauged ears? We also offer fully enclosed leverback options in both gold and silver.

If you would like any of these options for your earrings, please leave a note in the cart with the hook option you would like and specify which pairs you'd like it on.

For clipons, please check the box above the "add to cart" button, no need to leave a note. If there is no checkbox, it means clipon is not available for that product.

We do not switch metal colors on earrings. This is because many pairs would require lots of dissassembly to switch the metal color entirely, and if we were to offer metal color switches, our fulfillment time would be much longer!

For any special requests, please allow an extra 1-3 days on top of our normal fulfillment times.
