Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
For sanitary reasons, all orders are final sale. If something arrives broken or damaged please contact us and we can of course help replace it or refund you.
If your order was damaged in transit, we can totally help you replace it ASAP, for free! Please contact us and include your order number so we can get a replacement to you right away.
Our processing time varies slightly depending on where we are in our launch schedule but on average it takes us around 1-7 days to get your order in the mail. Orders placed in between launches typically go out faster as we get an influx of orders on drop days. If you order clip-ons or different material hooks it may also take an extra day for your order to go out as we have to swap our usual hooks to your chosen option.
If your package never arrives or gets delivered to another house by mistake please contact us with your order number so we can work on locating the package or arranging a replacement.
It can mean one of two options:
1. If it’s only been 1-7 days after your order was placed, this means we have printed your shipping label and are currently midway through packing up your order.
2. If it has been over a week since you placed your order and the shipping has still not updated this may mean that USPS did not scan your package at every stop but it is still on the way! Especially around holiday season they tend to skip scanning packages at every stop to save time during the rush. Please give your package a couple extra days to update. If it still has not arrived or updated after some time please contact us so we can work together to either figure out where it is or arrange a replacement.
Yes we do! We ship to all countries and shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout after you input your address. Generally, domestic orders fall somewhere between $3-$6 and international orders are between $10-$25.
Of course! If you’d like to ship through a different carrier or schedule faster delivery we can totally help you out with that. Please contact us and let us know what you’re looking to do so we can create a custom order for you.
Launches, Restocks, and Last Call
We release new styles every 3 weeks along with a restock of sold out existing styles. Generally a new collection will include between 12-20 new designs!

Our launches are always on Saturdays at 12pm PST. We have a new launch every 3 weeks!
The last call section is where styles that are on their way off the shop go! Every 3 weeks during a launch, we move a couple of styles to the Last Call section in order to make space for new designs. If you want something in the Last Call section, make sure to get is because we won't restock it after it sells out!
Earring Care/Info
Each earring has specific metal descriptions on the product pages as a couple use different finishings. Our standard hooks are silver or gold plated nickel free brass but we also have other options. If you’re allergic to silver or gold we have surgical steel hook options as well as plastic hooks for those with super sensitive ears. Don’t have any piercings or don’t react well to anything in your ears? We have clip on hooks that may be a better option for you!
We recommend keeping your earrings away from perfumes, oils, and water, gently wiping the hooks after use, and handling with lots of love! Please do not clean them with any chemicals as this may affect the acrylic or any painted details.
Don’t worry this is not permanent! Silver and gold both react to the oils in your skin and may form a layer of oxidized discoloration on the hooks if not removed. This is super easy to clean! To return your hooks to their normal shine you can wipe them with a polishing cloth, tissue, or use our earring cleaning cloths for an even faster clean.
Depending on the break your earring may be fixable! If you’d like help and advice walking through how to fix it please contact us so we can help you out with the specific problem. If the break is not fixable, if we still have the material, we will try to replace it for free.
Our designs have a range of delicateness - some are very strong and some are a little bit more fine in detail, or have glued pieces, and thus have some points that could potentially break. we recommend handling all items with love and care to make sure that you don't accidentally break them. But if that does happen, we can help you out! Just contact us with your address, issue, and order number and we'll help you ASAP
General
Sometimes people don't get an email confirmation that they subscribed to our newsletter. This is usually because they have previously filled the form out and not opted in via the original email. If you can't find an old email from us about subscribing, please contact us and we'll help manually get you on the list!.
We can't guarantee replacements as we sometimes don't have access to the same materials for old designs, but we will do our best to replace your earring if we can! Please just contact us with your issue and order number and we'll get back to you ASAP.
We accept Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, and Afterpay.
Yes we do! We also accept Shop Pay Installments.
Yes! Your currency will be selected according to the destination country as per the shipping address you have selected at checkout.
Every time you make a purchase, you earn points (10 points per dollar spent) Points can be redeemed for coupons of various values ($5, $10, $15). Learn more here.
Points are earned automatically and applied to the email that was used to make the order! You should receive confirmation of the amount of points earned in your order confirmation email, and you can check your balance when you’re logged into our website with the same email! Learn more here.
You can only choose clipon if you go to the specific product page of the product you want as clipon. If we offer clipons for the product you’re interested in, go to the product page and make sure the “clipon” checkbox is selected, then add to cart.
Our clips are made of silver or gold plated brass.
We send out an email to everyone on our subscriber list whenever we have a new launch/restock (sign up for our newsletter here). If you want to be notified when a specific product is restocked, go to the product page of the out of stock product and sign up for restock alerts.
Our gift cards are digital! You can purchase them here and a code will be sent to your email. The code can be put into the discount field at checkout.
We invented the Clothing Rack Earring Hanger® in early 2021, and it has since become a very popular design. There are many vendors that have copied and sold our design online on Etsy, Amazon, Google, Tiktok, Instagram, etc. but we are the first and only designers of the hanger.
We do not license the digital file for our hanger - those that sell this license have not received our permission and therefore have no right to license the design.
We understand that the hanger is all over the internet now so this can happen - please feel free to keep it, we just ask that if someone asks you where you got it, you just credit our shop!
